Ratatouille (French dish) and Pumpkin Pie

Hello bloggers! It's been a while since my last post. Thought I'd update you all with my latest eats. This weekend a friend invited me and a few friends to her place for dinner and dessert. Everyone brought ingredients and contributed in the cooking. I had never tried ratatouille before nor pumpkin pie. So it was fun to make and especially taste! 

Here's a before and after picture of the ratatouille. The after picture also includes cheese sprinkled on top. 

Looks delicious, huh? Trust me, it tasted just as good as it looks. 

Next, I didn't help with the dessert which was pumpkin pie (perfect in for the fall season) but I sure as heck tasted it. And boy was it AMAZING.
