Ingredients:
1 cup *fresh mangoes (cubed)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 cups milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until ice is completely crushed. Yields 2-4 servings. Enjoy!
*You can substitute the fresh mangos with canned mango pulp when the mangos are not in season. Canned mango pulp is usually sweet, so you may have to add the sugar accordingly. Don't forget to taste the lassi for sweetness before serving!
